Keep Sharing the Love of God

My Heart Notes Series

Every one of us is called to share the love of God. The way I share and express my heart for Him is going to be different than how someone else chooses to share theirs.

You’re going to get people that have differing opinions. You’re going to receive comments that can hurt you or have you questioning whether you should be posting or sharing at all. And it’s hard for me to write this… but sometimes the hurtful things will come from other believers. Keep sharing Your love for God anyway!

I’m here to tell you sisters to run your own race. Do what you feel led to do. Share your heart, post your encouragement and do it unapologetically! Because you’re always going to have the condemners coming after you, so keep going. Remember this… Jesus didn’t say it was going to be easy to follow Him or share His love. No, He said that they hated Him first.

So keep your focus on Jesus and edifying Him. Be accountable to your creator and not the opinions of the world. Be brave, ask the Lord for strength, seek His peace and rest assured in His love for you. God sees you and your heart, so cling to that and just keep going. Remember always, we are just the messengers. Jesus is the way. So keep sharing for His Kingdom!!!!

Love Sarah, xx.

18 “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20 Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’[b] If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the one who sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 Whoever hates me hates my Father as well.24 If I had not done among them the works no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. As it is, they have seen, and yet they have hated both me and my Father.25 But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: ‘They hated me without reason.’ -John 15:18-25 NIV
